Hedgehogs are an important part of the ecosystem in Britain and are also voracious eaters of slugs and snails — both of which we all could use less of in our veggie patches. Plus did I mention they’re adorable? In this video we speak with Sandy from the Manx Hedgehog Conservation Society to learn how to attract hedgehogs to our gardens and how to save them from both the road and from pesticides, especially slug pellets.
