What an incredible first full year in the new home garden. Looking back, we accomplished so much, beginning with building the Polycrub, the raised beds inside, and getting a bumper harvest.

The main part of the garden is now a quilt of finished no-dig beds, tidy wood chip paths, and fruit trees and edible hedging beginning to grow. Most of them we planted last winter as bare-root plants.

I also sowed an entire bank of wildflowers, preserved much of our harvests, and brought the honeybees home. Many more things happened, and you’ll hear all about it in Sunday’s new YouTube video. My channel name is Lovely Greens (link in bio)

I’ll also explain what’s happening with the allotment and what you can expect to see in the home garden in the coming year. With so much groundwork complete, I cannot wait for this coming growing year!
