Raspberry Cane Recycled Garden Edging (clever DIY idea)

In late winter many of us prune autumn fruiting raspberry canes. After the work is done, we’re left with is a bundle of sticks that often get composted or burned. Instead of getting rid of them, use this idea for creating low garden edging in the allotment or vegetable garden.

If your raspberries are summer fruiting varieties, you can make this same edging after you prune them in late summer.

This idea is an update on an older video and explains more about how to build the edging and how durable it is. I also show what the edging looks like after three years.
