Make this natural Christmas decoration with a COLANDER

I’m all about reducing waste, reducing cost, and making things for the home. Instead of forking out an arm and a leg for natural Christmas decorations, I make my own.

In this video I show how to make a stunning table centre piece using a colander from the kitchen and greenery leftover from wreath making. It costs practically nothing since everything I used was either foraged or in my Christmas decorations collection already. For this project you’ll need:

– a colander
– florists wire
– evergreen foliage (trimmings from your Christmas tree will do)
– sprigs of holly
– dried oranges
– pine cones
– winter berries, either foraged or artificial
– fairy lights (Christmas lights)
– a candle: either in a tin or in a hurricane candle holder
