Composting in simple steps for beginners

Every day tens of thousands of tonnes of wet / kitchen waste end up in landfills which do not decompose in an environment friendly way and release a harmful greenhouse gas called methane.

A simple effort of home composting will not only prevent our wet waste going into the landfills but also provide us with a nutrient-rich organic fertiliser often called ‘the black gold’ for our plants, free of cost.

In this video, I share my own steps of composting kitchen waste, do’s and dont’s to help beginners start their compost journey.

Happy Gardening and Happy Composting too!
