It’s that time of the year again — honey extracting time! I have a video from a few years ago showing my process but I thought I’d take you on a tour around the Honey Shed. Extracting honey is a messy business so it’s great to have a dedicated space for it. This video shows you the set-up and introduces some of the tools and methods used in extracting honey from the honeycomb.
