How to Transplant Leeks for MAXIMUM Harvest | UK Allotment

This video will show you step by step how to transplant leeks which is fundamental in learning how to grow leeks. You start by separating the leeks from the soil. Then, using a dibber, dib holes that are quite deep as we will be twisting in the roots. To do this, place the roots in your finger and thumb and give it a twist then gently slide in the hole.
Finally water in and you will find the soil fills up the hole. Job done!
