Do you live in a cold climate or enjoy starting plants from seed? Why not try with banana plants? Although they take a long time to germinate it’s extremely rewarding and cost-effective to start bananas from seed.
In this video I’ll show you how I start banana plants, and give you some growing tips. It’s a good idea to get your plants started well before your summer season, so you make the most out of the summer, and they have all season to grow and mature. Banana plants can work as houseplants however being planted outside especially in appropriate climates- could be much further north than you are thinking, is best.

I’ll give y’all an update when they germinate!
