Rhipsalis is a genus of about 35 species of jungle cacti, mostly native to the Mata Atlantica in Brazil. It’s a tropical rainforest cactus, so its care is quite different than most cacti. It also looks incredibly different, with a long, trailing and great diversity of appearance between species.

This particular Rhipsalis is an unknown variety from Venezuela and we’ll be using it as an example of care for many species of Rhipsalis.

HOW TO PLANT CORN AT HOME| how to plant corn at home
Plant seeds 1.5 to 2 inches deep and 4 to 6 inches apart. Soil should be well-draining, but must be able to hold some moisture. Corn tends to use a lot of water.
For sufficient pollination, plan your plot right. Instead of planting two long rows of corn, plant “blocks” of corn at least four rows deep. This ensures that the corn—which is pollinated by wind—has a greater chance of producing viable ears.
PLANTING TIME : SPRING AND SUMMER ARE THE BEST SEASON FOR PLANTING IN MOST AREAS. YOU CAN PLANT ALL YEAR ROUND IN TROPICAL AREAS.

This video is in partnership with Gardena, Europe’s leading brand of high quality gardening tools. As winter approaches, there are quite a few things to do in the garden. Tasks that will help it sit out the winter and spring forth into new life next year.

These are 10 things that I’m doing in my own garden right now. They include ideas for creating new beds, creating and using compost, and helping wild animals survive the cold months too.

The main tool I’m using is Gardena’s Combisystem, a handle that has dozens of different gardening attachments. Find more information on it here: https://www.gardena.com/int/products/soil-ground/combisystem/

I got the chance to drive the new Ditch Witch SK3000. All I can say is WOW! This machine is insane, it’s not considered a “mini skid steer.” This is considered a full size skid steer. The SK3000 can lift 3100 lbs!! It has a 59hp Yanmar Diesel engine. Priced at $59K.

WHO WOULD BUY THIS?
I’m sure some of you are wondering what kind of people would see the most use out of this machine? If you find yourself getting on and off a machine constantly this machine is perfect because the arms of the machine don’t have to be all the way down to get out of it. The operator has way better visibility because they are up higher and can see all sides of the machine. This machine is perfect for nurseries, landscape and construction contractors, and ground care professionals.

I liked this machine quite a bit. It has its Pros and Cons, but overall this is a great machine. I have no doubt this machine will do very well for Ditch Witch. Now to get the machine I’m looking at, The SK800 😁.
