CONCRETE WATERFALLS don’t Work | Biofalls Installation

Concrete waterfalls in the Northeast constantly crack, leak and fall apart in the cold winters we have here in New Jersey. Simply put, they don’t work. This waterfall in Sparta, NJ is getting a full renovation with the installation of an Aquascape 6000 Biofalls and the pond is getting an aquascape signature 1000 skimmer. It was quite the transformation!

Probably the easiest thing to grow in the garden are berry bushes and plants. They’re mainly perennial, meaning they re-grow every year, and most are relatively low maintenance. The main thing you really need to worry about is picking the fruit before the birds get them.

In this film I introduce you to nine different berries that I grow in my allotment garden. Some may be familiar but I’ll bet there’s at least one type that you’ve not seen before. On my vacation to Northern California, I found myself in Reno, Nevada with serious gardening withdrawal. I looked up some farms in the area, and messaged Zach of Prema Farms out of the blue. He agreed to have me out to check out the farm, which is in Zone 5b just outside of Reno, Nevada. He’s a no-till, certified organic, regenerative farmer making a go of it on 1.5 acres.

I’ve done farm tours and garden tours before, but never one at altitude. There’s a ton to learn about how Zach runs his farm, how lean his market gardening methodology is, and more – I truly hope you enjoy.
