HOW TO GROW FLOWERING VINES IN POTS AND STILL GET LOTS OF BLOOMS-EASY TIPS -Vine Name -Jacquemontia(Skyblue Clustervine, Pentantha)
DAIZZ’S TIP:-Many compact climbers, such as jasmine and some clematis, are well suited to living in pots. All they need is a good-sized container, suitable support and regular watering and feeding.
One of the most important things to consider when growing vines in containers is support. Vine support in pots can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be – you can use one or two sticks of bamboo or set a decorative obelisk in the center of the container. You can set your container next to a fence or support column and let nature take its course.

Have you ever wanted to grow running bamboo, but was afraid to because of its tendency to spread? If so, I’ll show you the way that I contain my running bamboo. There are other methods of containment, but this is the best and probably the easiest, based on how the Japanese have done it for centuries.

The best source for hardy bamboos is Bamboo Garden Nursery, in Oregon, USA.

HOW TO GROW FLOWER BULBS IN CONTAINERS -EASY METHOD
ALL CARE TIPS N LOT MORE-GROW LILIUM BULBS IN POTS
link for gladiolus/gladioli planting video -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=caM4X4pYvvE
DAIZZ’S TIP:-
Lilium are available for purchase in winter and early spring and are generally packed in a moist organic mix to keep the bulbs moist. Plant immediately after delivery and do not allow the bulbs to dry out. This is very important as lilium do not have a dormant cycle like many other bulbs.
If growing in pots, make sure the pot is large enough. Place no more than 3 bulbs per pot, and make sure the bulbs are leaning slightly inwards to encourage plants to support each other. Grow outside in a sunny aspect and pots can be brought inside once flowering. After flowering, or when picking for cut flowers, cut the plant to about half way down the stem leaving enough leaves to enable the plant to develop the bulb for next year’s flowers.

grow them outside in a sunny aspect, they are an attractive plant during growth, so they don’t need to be hidden until flowering time. Once in flower they can be brought inside or placed on patio or balcony etc. When flowering is finished, top up fertiliser and place the pots in the garden to be watered with everything else while they die down. Bring the pots out again in early winter, top dress with fertiliser, water it in well and watch them grow again.

If you’ve ever wondered how to set up a drip irrigation system for your raised bed garden, look no further. This video goes into how I outfitted my entire front yard with drip irrigation.

I can’t tell you how much of a relief it is to be able to turn a knob and have my entire yard irrigated. Not only will it save water, but it also saves TIME, which is the most precious resource we have on this Earth.

We go into:

– How to retrofit a sprinkler for drip irrigation
– How to install drip lines on raised beds
– How to install drip tape on in-ground beds
– How to cap off extra sprinkler heads
– Mistakes I made that you can avoid!

Huge thanks to https://www.dripdepot.com for sending out their raised bed kit, in-ground bed kit, and a few extra parts! They went above and beyond to consult with me on my yard and unique needs and from what I’ve heard from friends, that’s the norm with them!

HOW TO MAKE A BEAUTIFUL FLOWER PLANTER IN MINS-FAST N EASY
DAIZZ’S TIP:-
1.)It’s best to buy transplants and plant them in light, well-drained soil in full sun. Petunias can grow in partial shade, but they will have fewer flowers. It’s better if the plants have shelter from the wind.

2.)Petunias are tolerant of heat so you don’t have to water them regularly. A thorough watering once a week should be sufficient. The spreading types and those in containers require more frequent watering though.
3.)Fertilize your plants monthly to ensure good growth.
4.)Remove faded/dead flowers to prolong blooming.

Autumn is the most critical point of the beekeeping year. You need to make sure that the colonies have enough stores, that their hives are in good condition, and that they’re protected from predators and the elements.

Here’s what I’ve done to prepare my honeybees for winter:

✽ Feed Bluebell with honey I’ve previously extracted

✽ Attach mouse-guards

✽ Ensure that the varroa floor is pinned and secure (we don’t have varroa on the Isle of Man but varroa floors are ideal for giving the bees extra ventilation in summer)

✽ Replaced the varroa floor inserts and created a rain runoff board

✽ Tidied the apiary and took the lure hive back home

100% SURE RESULT ..USE THIS TRICK TO BOOST YOUR FLOWERING/How to boost flowering in plants /how to make your plant more bushier -learn this simple technique

DAIZZ’S TIP:-
Pinching plants is a form of pruning that encourages branching on the plant. This means that when you pinch a plant, you are removing the main stem, forcing the plant to grow two new stems from the leaf nodes below the pinch or cut.
The biggest reason for pinching plants is to force the plant into a more full form. By pinching back, you force the plant to grow twice as many stems, which results in a fuller plant. For plants like herbs, pinching back can help the plant to produce more of their desirable leaves. Another reason for pinching plants is to keep a plant compact. By pinching the plant, you are forcing the plant to focus on regrowing lost stems rather than growing height.

This is a fun one for you all. If you use a LOT of hydroponic basil in the kitchen like I do, using the method I outline in this video is an easy way to harvest basil forever and ever off of ONE initial mother plant!

The method is known as the Kratky method of hydroponics, where you use NO electrical parts, no pumps, no airstones. All you do is place a rooted cutting or seedling into a reservoir and let it drink down the water and use up nutrients. When there’s no water left, you simply harvest the remaining leaves on a plant and move on to the next one!

You can also try growing basil in a deep water culture system using an airstone if you want.

If you want to create an endless basil supple, all you need to do is stagger your cuttings so you have:

– 1 basil plant rooting
– 1 basil plant in mild growth
– 1 basil plant in aggressive vegetative growth
– 1 basil plant at the end of it’s life cycle

As long as you keep ~4 plants going at a time in different stages of the growth cycle, you’ll NEVER run out of basil.
