BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS AND PLANTS..NEW ADDITION TO MY GARDEN…..:)
DAIZZ’S TIP:-It may sound obvious, but not everything grows everywhere, so what you plant is determined by where you live. “Take a look at the characteristics of your garden area—from the climate to sun exposure,”It’s the most important thing to start with because you’ll want to understand the limits and the possibilities. These will perform the best with less maintenance.

Highlights: planting potatoes for Christmas, growing alpine strawberries from fresh berries, & propagating tomato plants from cuttings. Also, a hedgehog rescue!

While a lot of people think that autumn is a time to wind down from gardening there are still things that you could be doing. Fun things! Growing Christmas potatoes, propagating tomato plants, planting onion sets, and more. This is how I’m getting my autumn garden ready — by preparing for spring.

The intro is a very serious message though and one that I didn’t plan for this video. I found a very poorly little hedgehog just as I was about to begin filming. I rushed him to the vet worried about whether he had been poisoned by slug pellets. If a hedgehog eats a slug or snail that’s poisoned by them, the hedgehog dies too.

Daizz’s tips:-Growing flowers from seed can be a difficult task for beginning gardeners. Seeds and seedlings are delicate, and the wrong conditions can ruin them fairly easily. In order to achieve the best results, plant your seeds indoors into a small, sterile container using professionally packaged potting soil. Follow the instructions on the back of your seed packet and provide plenty of light and water to your growing seedlings. Once the flowers have developed strong enough roots, transplant them into your garden.

You’re starting to find holes in the leaves of your kale, and for that matter, in your cabbage, brussels sprouts, or other brassica-family plants. The leaves of the neat rows of radishes you’ve planted are showing signs of chewing, too. Some leaves have little off-white or yellowish spots on their undersides. And you just saw a little green worm wandering over a leaf on your produce.

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you probably have cabbage worms (Pieris rapae or Pieris brassicae).

But don’t lose hope yet. I can help you to eliminate these hungry little worms from your garden, and help you figure out ways to prevent them from coming back.

HOW TO GROW GRAPE VINE FROM CUTTINGS AT HOME ..FAST N EASY…:)
DAIZZ’S TIPS:-Grapes are certainly a multi-purpose fruit, being used for wine, baked goods, jams, and for eating fresh off the vine. With their ability to grow in many places around the world, they are a great addition to any garden.
If you or a friend has another grapevine you’d like to plant from, you can take a cutting and plant it in a new location. To use your own cuttings: Cut the sections directly from the vine or from brush that has recently been pruned off. Make sure the cutting is 3 nodes long (the nodes will look like bumps). At the bottom of the cutting, make the cut at an angle.
Grapevines are a bit picky about their soil conditions, so make sure your are just right before planting. Use soil that slightly rocky or sandy with a pH just above 7. Amend the soil to promote good drainage if necessary, as water-logged roots are not conducive to healthy growing grapevines.
